  • #800 Ashley Mountain: 1.9 of 4.3 miles of trail maintained
    • Cleaned and installed drains along entirety of trail. With last weeks work, trail is clear and drained.
    • Obstructing trees removed: 10

  • Prospective work:
    • Deep trenching at mile 1.6-1.8 from summit.
    • 3 leaners at mile 3.5 from summit. Trail is passable, but they will most likely come down this summer or winter.


  • #310 Ashley Mountain: 5.5 of 5.5 miles of trail maintained
    • Cleaned and installed drains along entirety of trail.
    • Obstructing trees removed: 4
    • Cutbacks performed: 4
    • Leaners removed: 4
    • Spot brushed to improve sightlines and maintain trail corridor.


  • #210 Lupine Lake: 1.3 of 3.9 miles maintained
    • Cleaned and installed drains from lake to summit.
    • Obstructing trees removed: 3
    • Leaners removed: 2

Details
  • #800 Bill Cr: 5.1 of 5.1 miles of trail maintained
    • Cleaned and installed drains along entirety of trail
    • Obstructing trees removed: 7
    • Spot brushed totaling .2 miles. Mostly through patches of Snowbrush/Ceanothus and at road xings.
    • Tread work done at miles .6 and 1.0 from top.
      • Widened big right turn on inside to keep outside as berm for wheeled vehicles, and a flat bottom for hikers/uphill wheeled vehicles.
      • De-curbed trail just above road xing for ~60 ft.
  • #800 Ashley Mountain: 2.4 of 4.3 miles of trail maintained
    • Cleaned and installed drains along entirety of trail.
    • Obstructing trees removed: 1
      • Road 313 obstructing trees removed: 3
    • Tread work at mile 2.5 from top (top of troad section)
    • Trail crossing upslope drain for road was removed and replaced with rocks to allow for drainage and provide a trail surface.
